I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?
You can cancel your order for up to one hour from the time of your purchase, by contacting our Customer Care team. To change or cancel an order you recently submitted, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that as our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, after the first hour we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel or change the order once it has entered the shipping process. If it is too late to cancel, you can still avail of our returns policy. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
CAN I HAVE A LENS PRESCRIPTION FILLED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WHEN I ORDER A FRAME?
All of our eyewear is crafted specifically to support even the strongest prescriptions. Currently we offer only Non-Prescription and Single-Vision prescription service through our website at the moment.
Alternatively after purchasing your frame only, take them to your optician of choice for prescription services, custom fits, and adjustment
CAN I RETURN MY FRAMES AFTER PRESCRIPTION LENSES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED?
As prescription lenses are bespoke products, ROSVIN BUGS frames that have prescription lenses installed are final sale and cannot be returned.
SPECTACLE FRAMES WITH PRESCRIPTION LENSES AND ZERO POWER LENSES INSTALLED ARE FINAL SALE.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Rosvin Bugs is happy to offer free shipping on every online order within India.
Delivery time varies between 3-7 days(after dispatch) depending on your location. Once we ship it it out, you will receive an email with tracking details.
In Delhi/Ncr delivery time is 24 hours once we dispatch your order.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We have a standard shipping charge of Rs.1500.
For orders outside of India, delivery time is between 10-15 working days.
Shipping costs do not include duty, tax and other fees.
Import Taxes - Please be aware that, although unlikely, it is possible there will be customs taxes to pay in your individual country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over this.

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a refund and we’ll collect from your registered address.

If you'd like to return an item please email us at email@example.com with your order number within 4 days of receiving your order to request a return.The item(s) must have been purchased directly from ROSVINBUGS.COM and be unused and free of all damage. All original packaging must be intact.
Items purchased from an Authorized Rosvin Bugs Retailer may not be returned to rosvinbugs.com and must be returned by visiting your original purchase location.
Unfortunately all International Sales are Final.
TO REQUEST A RETURN :
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
2. A domestic prepaid return label will then be sent to you via email.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and the courier company will send a delivery guy to pick it up from you!
Rosvinbugs.com does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different style or color, please return the product originally purchased in accordance with the policy listed above in order to receive a refund and then make a new purchase.
QUALITY/COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
All product returned must be in a like new, re-saleable condition, and include all original protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to: temple sleeves, cases, cleaning cloths, authenticity cards, boxes, and booklets.
Product which has had the lenses removed or altered, has visibly been worn, or has been adjusted for custom bend and / or fit alteration will not receive a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Note: All returns/refunds take 10-15 business days to process once they arrive at Rosvin Bugs HQ.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?
We’re sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!
All Rosvin Bugs products purchased online, in-store or through an approved third party vendor are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Defective items under guarantee will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
If you have an issue with your frames within the first year of purchase, please contact a Rosvin Bugs representative at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect, so that we can get you back in your frames as soon as possible.If you purchased through an authorized retailer you can either reach out to them directly for assistance or you can send us your proof of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on optical and sun lenses; damages caused by accident, neglect, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
